Almost victory on the freeroll

I decided to play a freeroll on poker stars. THe only one at the time was a PLO which wins tickets to another tourney. I joined up along with 5856 other people. more⇛

Gave up on the freeroll

I made it to chip leader by a margin of 4:1 with only 15 players left, 10 of which were sitting out. I couldn't be bothered anymore to actually play the game so I just started doing pot bets (PLO, can't go all in easily). more⇛

Abandoned Doyle's, back to Poker Stars

I ran out of money at Doyle's and decided not to rebuy there. Sure the opponents tend to be a bit easier, but I prefer the selection of tables over at Poker Stars. more⇛

The fight to legalize online poker in the US

A nice article summarizing the current situation in the USA and noting the upcoming trials that will hopefully clarify the legal situation of online poker. Let's just hope nobody decides that poker is clearly illegal, since that would be worse than the current lack of clarity. replies⇛
