I made it to chip leader by a margin of 4:1 with only 15 players left, 10 of which were sitting out. I couldn't be bothered anymore to actually play the game so I just started doing pot bets (PLO, can't go all in easily).

I just can't bother to motivate myself knowing there is no additional prize available for coming in higher in the ranks. It really does feel like time wasted.

But I suppose I would have kept playing were it not for all the people sitting out. Their stacks were large enough that it would take hours for the big blind to deplete them. Though I suppose I could have just sat out myself to come in first. That somehow feels like cheating though. Rather I just donate my money to the other guy who is still playing. He deserves it I think.
