Running some quick stats I noticed that if the board in hold'em is showing: Then the distribution of possible hands, for all players, shows that two pair (41%) is more common than one pair (36%). I'll have to remember this while playing.
I'm guessing this applies to any board pair, not just these cards in particular.
Also, a full house has about 8% chance of occurring.
